Individuals within an organization can interpret these ethics as a means of contributing to the betterment of the organization as a whole.Other ideas for different organization behaviors are the relationship between behavior and results, and the way individual cases are monitored by management. Other issues, which may arise in cases of sexual harassment, would be dealing with the specific issues of discrimination, sexual harassment, and the consequences of harassment in particular.
